Call for Applications - UCLJLJ Editorial Board

Dear All,

Further to our announcement during induction week, we would like to invite applications from UCL LLM students for the editorial board for the UCL Journal of Law and Jurisprudence.

The application process involves: (i) a cover letter of no more than a page setting out your motivations for being part of the journal and also highlighting any relevant experiences in law or in editorial work, (ii) a CV, and (iii) a writing sample where we will look at the first 500 words. We will be primarily looking at fluency in written English and consistency in referencing/footnoting. Ideally, this would be in OSCOLA style, although any style of consistent referencing is sufficient. If you wish to apply for the managing deputy editor role, you should indicate this in your application (you can apply to either or both of the roles).

The deadline for this is now extended to Wednesday 24th October because of the new launch date for our latest edition (below). Please submit to our email address .

In addition, we would like to invite you to the launch of the latest edition of our journal:

22 October, 6pm – 8pm, Moot Court and Keeton Room, UCL Faculty of Laws, Bentham House (4-8 Endsleigh Gardens, London, WC1H 0EG)

Many thanks in advance, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any more questions.

Best wishes,

Joyman Lee & Andrew McLean (Academic Editors) and Luminita Olteanu (Managing Editor)
